Shipping Policy

• Dispatch: All orders are packed and dispatched within 2–3 working days from Varanasi.

• Delivery: Takes 5–7 working days across India post-dispatch.

• Tracking: A tracking link will be sent to your registered Email or WhatsApp as soon as the order is shipped.

• Shipping Fee: Free shipping on all prepaid orders within India.

Return & Exchange Policy

• Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product received.

• Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim a return/exchange, you must share a continuous unboxing video (with no cuts or edits) within 48 hours of delivery.

• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Note: Slight color variations may occur due to photographic lighting or screen settings and are not considered defects.
